1. Click Facebook Toolkit >> Ultimate Facebook kit
2. Click Comment growth tools on the left-hand pane of the dashboard
3. Select any of the features from Facebook or Instagram.
For the Comment Template,
- Click Detail
- Click Create New Template
- Enter a Template name, add comments(click add more to add more comments), then click Save.
For the Reply Template,
- Click Detail
- Click Create New Template
- Select any of your Fan pages, toggle on or off as you would like to, select any of the two options as seen, enter a campaign name and fill the rest of the information, then click Save.
For the Automation Campaign,
- Click Detail
- Select any of your Facebook fan pages, go under latest posts and click the settings icon for any of the posts.
- Select any option of your choice
- Toggle on the option to Yes, if you want to use a saved template or toggle off if otherwise, choose or create a label( click the blue ‘i’ icon to see the info of what each option is about) and fill in the rest of the details and click either Submit & save as template or Submit
For the Report
- Click Detail
- Click Auto comment report or Auto reply report to see the list of saved comment and reply you created.
These steps are both for Instagram and Facebook.
NB: Click Home Page at the top of the dashboard to return to the app’s home page.
