- Click “Auto Comment DM” at the Left Side Menu bar.
2. Select the IG Account (If no posts has been imported click the “Import Post” button at the top right pane of the page).
3. Select the IG account and click “Save post” to save the post to manage. (After saving a post, click “Auto Comment DM” again and continue with the steps below)
4. Select the IG Account and click “Create bot” (A pop-up appears to confirm that a bot has been created successfully).
5. Select “Edit bot”.
6. To Use the ‘Button’ Option, click “Button” at the left pane, type and save the keyword and its response, also click on “Add Button” to create a button for the bot message reply.
7. To create a card, click “Card” at the left pane. Upload an image, type in the title and description and also click on “Add Button” to create a button for the bot message reply. Click on “Save Card Details” to save the card details.
8. To create a quick reply, click “Quick Replies” at the Left pane, type and save the keyword and its response, also click on “Add Button” to create a button for the bot message reply. Click on “Proceed” to save your details.
