1. Click Facebook Toolkit >> Ultimate Facebook kit at the top menu
2. Click Live Chat at the left-hand pane of the dashboard.
3. Select the Facebook Page and click Live chat.
4. Under Subscribers you will find contacts that have messaged you on Facebook, you can message them directly through ‘Allclick’ on the middle pane and on the right-hand pane you can choose a label, pause a bot reply, etc.
