- Login to Allclick.
2. Select the Facebook kit >> 10xsocial kit.
3. Select Chatbot AI.
4. To create a new chatbot, click Create New.
5. Fill in the details to create a Page Messenger Bot and click Create.
6. To add a trigger, click on any of the triggers (Text, Button, Card, Quick Replies)
7. To Use the ‘Text’ Option, click “Text”.
8. To type in the Keywords, click on the icon beside keywords and then type in the keyword and click the save icon beside it.
9. Select the icon under “Response-Text” and type in your desired response to the keyword, then click the save icon beside it. (Repeat the same steps to create more different keywords and responses).
10. To Use the ‘Card’ option, click “Card”.
11. To type in the Keyword for the Card, click on the icon beside keywords and type in the keyword then click the save icon beside it.
12. To upload the card image, click on the icon beside the image and select “Browse” to upload an image from your folder list.
13. Click on the icon beside ‘title’ and type in your desired title.
14. Click on the icon beside ‘description’ (optional) and type in the description for your offer.
15. To add a button to the card, click “Add Buttons”, type in the button text and URL, then click “Proceed”.
16. Click on “Save Card Details” to save your card details.
17. To use the ‘Quick replies’, click “Quick Replies”.
18. To type in the Keywords, click on the icon beside keywords and then type in the keyword and click the save icon beside it.
19. Select the icon under “Response – Quick Reply” and type in your desired response to the keyword, then click the save icon beside it. (Repeat the same steps to create more different keywords and responses).
20. To add a button, click “Add Buttons” and type in a button keyword and chat flow keyword (they must both be the same). Then click on “Browse” to save an image from your file explorer list.
21. Click on “Proceed” to save your “quick reply details”.
22. To Use the “Default Messenger Response”, you can set it as “Plain text” or “Navigator”.
- As “Plain Text“, type in the message in the text box and click ‘Save’.
- As “Navigator”, type in the default response and save it. Click on the “Add Button” to add buttons with optional messages as response, type in the responses and click ‘Proceed’.
23. Under Persistent Menu, Personas, and Ice Breakers, bots with responses can also be set up to respond to subscribers(they all have their functions).
